Water Distributions
"We have established a water distribution system consisting of 7 main tanks and 50 sub-tanks. This system serves over 300 farmers. The distribution is primarily gravity-based, which means water flows naturally from the tanks to the farms without the need for external pumping during the initial phase. Once the water reaches the farmers' land, they use their own open well pumps to irrigate their fields as needed. This process has significantly contributed to the replenishment of groundwater levels across a 15-kilometer radius, helping to improve water availability and sustainability in the region.
The system not only provides a reliable water source for irrigation but also enhances the local groundwater table, benefiting both current farming practices and long-term water conservation efforts."
